The bearing that has just been bought has lubricating oil to store the oil to prevent the bearing from rusting. When the plate is used, the oil can be sent out of the bearing. When cleaning, remove the oil used for the first time. Oil, these oils do not play a lubricating effect, just like the measuring cylinder cannot be heated but only measure the role of liquid, only to prevent rust, but the plate bearing that is often used is difficult to rust.

Commonly used skateboard models are 608Z-5 and 608Z-7. The biggest difference between -5 and -7 is their different precision levels. The model of skateboard bearing is generally indicated by ABEC. Usually the model used is 608. There is a difference in bearing hardness under model 608. If the speed requirement of the skateboard is relatively high, 608Z-7 can also be used. The biggest difference between -5 and -7 is their precision level.
ABEC is a standard for dividing precision bearings. Generally, there are 9 models from 1 to 9. The higher the value of the bearing model, the higher the precision level used to manufacture the bearing, and the higher the price of the bearing. In fact, the precision of skateboard bearings is not as high as that of Yo-Yo. Therefore, skateboards are generally equipped with eight bearings, which can reduce the friction coefficient of the skateboard during the sliding process, so as to ensure that the skateboard can slide normally.

Temperature is very important to maintain the proper life of imported bearings and prevent the deterioration of lubricating oil. It is recommended: Try to control it in a non-high temperature state (usually below 100 degrees). The main cause of abnormal temperature rise is too much or too little lubricant. Poor installation of IKO bearings. The internal clearance of the combined bearing is too small or the load is too large. Excessive friction in the sealing device. Lubricant does not match. Creep of the mating surface. Secondly, check the raceway surface of the bearing, the condition of the rolling surface and the joint surface, and the wear condition of the counter frame for damage and abnormal conditions, especially the running track of the raceway surface. To judge whether the bearing can be used again, it is necessary to consider the damage level of the combined bearing, the mechanical function, the priority, the operating conditions, and the inspection period. When replacing the combined bearing, the new bearing should be carefully inspected. At the same time, the shaft diameter, the bearing seat hole and the rotor should be carefully inspected. When assembling and disassembling the bearing, the maintenance process should be strictly carried out, and the operation should be performed carefully to avoid improper assembly and disassembly. The bearing is damaged and the oil is added and changed on time to ensure that the bearing is always in good condition; check carefully during the operation of the combined bearing, find hidden troubles, and eliminate them in time.

When the deep groove ball bearing has a large radial clearance, it has the performance of an angular contact bearing and can bear a large axial load. The friction coefficient of the deep groove ball bearing is very small and the limit speed is also high.
Deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used rolling bearings. Its structure is simple and easy to use. It is mainly used to bear radial load, but when the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has certain performance of angular contact ball bearing and can bear combined radial and axial load. When the speed is high and thrust ball bearings are not suitable, it can also be used to bear pure axial load. Compared with other types of bearings with the same specifications and dimensions of deep groove ball bearings, this type of bearing has a small friction coefficient and a high limit speed. But it is not resistant to impact and not suitable for heavy loads.
