I am looking for two gearboxes with electric motor that I need for constructing two small conveyors used in the food industry.

I am looking at a 1.5kw-2kw 380 volt drive with an out put speed of 45 RPM . I am looking at a gearbox that will fit over the shaft.

Find below some specifications regarding the gear box with motor that we need. Can you recommend which gearbox would be adaptable:-

1- The gearbox will slide over a 40mm diameter shaft.

2- It will drive a 4 meter long conveyor.
3- The belt will be 10mm thick and 500mm wide.

4- The elevation will be 1.5 meter.

5- It will carry 2x50kg bags of flour at a time.

6- Speed of belt is 12meter per minute.

7- Diameter of the drive pulley will be 180mm

Awaiting your response with the recommended gearbox size and best quote you can provide for 2 with motor 380V.
