Structural features
This series of motors adopt a box-type appearance, and the frame is welded by steel plates. This makes the motors have the characteristics of good rigidity and light weight. The optimized design of the motor structure also makes the series motors have the advantages of easy installation and maintenance.
The stator and rotor punching sheets are punched from low-loss non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets.
The stator adopts an external pressure structure, the stator winding adopts F-class insulating material, and the coil ends are reliably fixed and bound. After the coil ends are connected, they need to undergo an inter-turn pulse voltage test, and adopt the international advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint ( VPI) Process treatment.
The wound rotor is made of pure copper and adopts Class F insulation material. And after the dynamic balance check, so the motor runs smoothly and reliably.
The bearing adopts two structural forms: rolling bearing and sliding bearing, depending on the power of the motor, the mining industry and the speed.

Z4 series DC motors have greater advantages than Z2 and Z3 series. It can not only be powered by DC unit power supply, but also suitable for static rectifier power supply. The power range of the Z4 series DC motor is from 1.5kW to 840kW, and the rated speed is 3000, 1500, 1000, 750, 600, 500, 400, 300, 200r/min. There are nine types of excitation. The excitation method is separate excitation, and the excitation voltage is 180V. In addition to the levels specified above, other power, armature voltage, speed and excitation voltage values ​​can be derived according to specific conditions and user needs.
For motors with a rated voltage of 160V, when powered by a single-phase bridge rectifier, they generally need to work with a reactor, and the inductance value of the external reactor is indicated on the motor nameplate. No external reactor is required for motors with rated voltage 440V.
