Working principle editing

The braking motor power is supplied by the rectifier in the junction box of the motor, 3 kw and below are ac220v-dc99v, 4 kw and above are ac380v-dc170v (in special cases, according to the requirements of the manufacturer, such as (DC24V)) →YEJ series of electromagnetic braking motors, which can realize the rapid braking after the loss of power of the motor. The fast braking time yej2-63-90 motor is less than 0.15 seconds, and the yej-100-160 motor is less than 0.20 seconds. The braking motor can realize slow braking by changing the wiring of the junction box according to the user's requirements. The series motor has low noise and reliable braking performance. Its working principle is: when the braking motor is energized, the braking motor gets 198V dc through 220V ac rectification, then the armature is electromagnetically attracted, so that the braking disc is in a rotatable state, and the braking motor rotates freely. When the braking motor loses power, the electromagnet loses power, and the armature is immediately supported by the spring, so that the braking disc and the motor rear end cover are pressed together and stop rotating.

3. Wiring of the motor: the motor should be properly grounded. There are grounding devices in the lower right side of the junction box and the housing of the frame.

4. Connection between the motor and the mechanical load: the motor can be connected with the coupling, the front teeth shaft or belt and the load mechanical connection, the fan end of the biaxial extension motor is only allowed to use the coupling to drive. When coupling is used for connection, the center line of the motor shaft should coincide with the center line of the load machinery shaft, so as to prevent the motor from producing strong vibration, coupling shaft movement and abnormal sound during moving. The installation deviation of the device is: the allowable deviation of the 2-pole motor is 0.015mm, and that of the 4-pole, 6-pole and 8-pole motors is 0.04mm. For vertical mounted motors, shaft extension is only allowed to be connected with mechanical loads by coupling.

The dc disc brake of the YEJ series brake motor is mounted on the end cover of the non-axial extension end of the motor. When the brake motor is connected to the power supply, the brake also works at the same time. Due to the electromagnetic suction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring. When the power is cut off, the brake electromagnet loses its magnetic suction, and the spring pushes the bit to tighten the brake disc. Under the action of friction torque, the motor immediately stops corresponding to the YEJ braking motor of each type, and the corresponding YDEJ two-speed motor is also produced. The brake power is supplied by the rectifier in the motor junction box, 3 kw and below is ac220v-dc99v, 4 kw and above is ac380v-dc170v.
