About your asincronous motor, I've a question do you need supply a three phase asincronous generator (modifying the motor), in order to generate 50 kW at 1000 r/min at 400 V?
I've seen the documents; I think too that the model should be ZQH85 ZQ85 configurated with the axis like picture I (the upper left)
Anyway, we are designing one windturbine generator with power generation of 60 kW (by blade design), and the electrical generator of 75 kW. the average wind velocity is 13 m/s the maximum is 20 m/s (cut out); the average daily operation time is 8/24 hours.
the weight of ROTOR+BLADE is approximatively 1500 kg.
The gearbox will be with parallel axis on opposite side: on the main shaft 48 r/min, on the speed shaft (connected with the generator), 1000 r\min.
We have already 20 WTGs in order and the choice of the gearbox is the last one in order to close the project and start the production.
Please let me know if with these data you could understand and confirm the best product for us.
On other hands, please let me know also the quotations for electrical generators if you could provide them

Hi Shirley the gearbox will not power by a motor; It will be powered by the shaft of the windturbine (48 r\min, mechanical P=145 kW); the output of the gearbox will be connected at the electrical generator (75 kW).

thank You very much for your quotation. The problem is the the dimension (too large for our chassis) and the power (249 kW), exceeded our needs.
Anyway, could You modify the ZQ series in order to work like multiplier and not reducer? Our maximun Power (in INPUT on the MAIN SHAFT is only 145 kW), It's not so high.
The power is nominal power,not actual power.I think this product is better than ZQ series.Or you can tell me the dimension you need.

Please let me know if the motor are provided of PTC (is the thermometer on the bearing), and the capability of put grease by a nipple. These are vey important data for us.

By the way,I don't understand the meaning of ''the capability of put grease by a nipple''.
I mean the grease nipple that is generally on the chassis of the motor in order to provide the grease internally on the bearing.
