The insulation resistance should not be lower than 1MQ, otherwise the winding should be dried, but the processing temperature should not exceed J20 ℃.
2. 3. Wiring of the motor: The motor should be properly grounded. There are grounding devices in the lower right of the terminal box and the housing of the base. If necessary, the motor feet or flange fastening bolts can be used to ground to ensure the safe operation of the motor.
4. The connection between the motor and the mechanical load: The motor can use a coupling, and the spur shaft or belt is mechanically connected to the load. The fan end of the dual-shaft motor can only be driven by a coupling. When using a coupling, the centerline of the motor shaft and the centerline of the load machine must overlap to prevent the motor from generating strong vibrations, coupling movements and abnormal sounds during movement. The installation deviation of the device is: the allowable deviation of the 2-pole motor is 0.015mm, and the deviation of the 4, 6, and 8-pole motors is 0.04mm. For vertical-mounted motors, shaft extensions are only allowed to be coupled with mechanical loads.
