Sorry,this is indeed our mistake. We can send you BLD3 gearbox's output flange and output shaft, 5.5KW motor's input flange and input shaft and other required spare parts to Korea. This is special, need to customize all kinds of spare parts, then your customer himself or a technician can remove it and directly replace the input and output parts of the cyclo gearbox. If the cost is incurred in the process, we can bear it.

Right angle speed reducer gearbox

And I am attaching also 4 pictures again.You will realize that the machine end is larger with 8 bolt holes n the new gearbox and on our machine it is smaller and only has 6 bolt holes. And the motor end of the new gearbox is smaller with only 4 bolt holes and on my machine it is larger with 6 bolt holes.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Your attached nameplate are correct. It is the nameplate attached onto the old motor. Although you explained, I still have some questions.
I received drawing for BLD3 from you as attached. I confirmed that sizes were correct, i wanted and I ordered BLD4 because you confirmed same sizes between BLD3 and BLD4.

However, our customer opened wooden box to replace the old one with the new gearbox yesterday. But they found that dimensions of your new gearbox are different from dimensions on the drawing and different fas follows: Please see 4 pictures again I sent.

For the motor I am not sure because the user never contacted me anymore,
maybe he already bought it elsewhere. but should he contact me about it, I will let you know.
