5. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, a heat pipe should be used to connect the liquid level sensor and the pipeline, and the pressure on the pipeline is used to transmit it to the transformer. When the measured medium is water vapor, an appropriate amount of water should be injected into the heat dissipation tube to prevent the superheated steam from directly contacting the liquid level sensor and damaging the sensor;
6. In the process of pressure transmission, the following points should be noted,
A. The connection between the liquid level sensor and the heat dissipation tube must not leak air;
B. Before starting to use, if the valve is closed, you should open the valve very carefully and slowly to avoid the measured medium directly impacting the liquid level sensor diaphragm, which will damage the sensor diaphragm;
C. The pipeline must be kept clear, the sediment in the pipeline will pop up, and damage the sensor diaphragm.
