Different price with different quality and there are no the lowest price,only a lower price than that in China.
Please also consider the quality except price,the oil seal we use is NOK brand and the bearing's is NSK;the packaging for goods is reinforced fumigation stamped plywood wooden box,and our warranty period is 2 years.

2. The 1000hp motor's weight is not as heavy as you think.3tons is the estimated weight of our engineers.And the actual weight is subject of the goods that has been produced.

4.According to the parameters you gave,the gearbox has 4 or 5 stage.

1.Please find the nameplates attached of old cyclo gearbox and old motor you sent me before.
The both nameplates show the power is 4KW.And I have consulted our engineer and confirm that the power of your old gearbox and motor is 4KW,not 5.5KW.And we manufature gearbox according to the nameplate's information.

I hope all is well. We received your gear box well.
Our customer opened the wooden box for new gearbox (BLD4-43-4) to install it to the old motor and old auger. But B4 model is bigger than B3. We cannot install the ne gearbox to our old motor and old auger. Please see attached pictures. Our requested original model was BLD3-43-4. You confirmed many time that it would fit to our old motor and auger. We need B3 model gearbox instead of B4. Can you let me know your opinion to solve this claim ?

I have consunlted and confirmed that we had paid the charges 550USD(AWC: Airway Bill charges,MYC :Fuel Oil Surcharge and SCC:Security Surcharge ).
And the charge you paid is only the Air freight charge(AFC) ,not including any other charges.
We have many years of experience and many clients whose goods are dispatched by air,we can't make a mistake about that.
