1. The ability to compensate the misalignment of the two axes is strong. 5. Adjust the model according to the shaft diameter:
The initially selected coupling dimensions of the bearing coupling, that is, the shaft hole diameter d and the shaft hole length L, should meet the requirements of the shaft diameters of the driving and driven ends, otherwise the coupling specifications must be adjusted according to the shaft diameter d.
It is a common phenomenon that the shaft diameters of the driving and driven ends are different. When the torque and speed are the same, and the shaft diameters of the driving and driven ends are different, the coupling model should be selected according to the larger shaft diameter. In the newly designed transmission system, the seven shaft hole types specified in GBT3852 should be selected, and the J1 shaft hole type is recommended to improve versatility and interchangeability. The shaft hole length is in accordance with the i-bearing coupling product standard .

Cause of abnormal noise:
1. The gap between the two halves of the coupling is too wide, causing the diaphragm to receive a large axial force, and the stranded holes or stranded bolts are worn out, causing abnormal noise;
2. Excessive axial deviation or excessive deflection angle of the two halves of the coupling will also cause vibration and abnormal noise during equipment operation;
3. The difference between the speed of the active end and the passive end will also cause vibration and abnormal noise when the equipment is running;
4. The speed code disc of the motor is faulty, causing the speed of the motor to be fast and slow, and the diaphragm coupling makes abnormal noise.

Installation matters:
①. Products with diaphragms have edges and may cause injuries. Diaphragm coupling is recommended to wear thick gloves when installing.
②. Please install a protective cover and other devices around the coupling to ensure safety.
③. When the shaft center deviation exceeds the allowable value during installation, the coupling may be deformed, resulting in damage or shortened service life.
④. The allowable shaft deviation of the coupling includes radial, angular, and axial deviation. When installing, please make adjustments to ensure that the shaft deviation is within the allowable range of the corresponding product catalog.
⑤ When multiple deviations appear at the same time, the corresponding allowable value should be halved.
⑥. In order to extend the service life of the coupling, it is recommended to set the shaft deviation within 1/3 of the allowable value.
⑦. Tighten the screws after inserting the mounting shaft, otherwise the coupling will be deformed. When tightening the screws, please use a torque wrench, do not use screws other than the accessories for installation.
⑧. If there is an abnormal sound during operation, please stop the operation immediately, and check the installation accuracy, screw looseness, etc. separately. It is recommended to apply adhesive on the outer surface of the screw after installation and debugging to increase the protection performance.

Installation and disassembly:
1. Wipe clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the installation shaft, and apply a thin layer of engine oil or lubricant to the side.
2. Clean the inner hole of the Lingsi coupling, and apply oil or lubricant.
3.Insert the Lingsi coupling into the mounting shaft; if the hole diameter is too tight, be careful not to hit the installation with a hammer or hard metal.
4. After the positioning is completed, first use a torque wrench (the specified tightening torque 1/4) to gently tighten the screws in the diagonal direction.
5. Increase the strength (1/2 of the specified tightening torque) and repeat the fourth step.
6.Tighten the tightening torque according to the specified tightening torque.
7.Finally, tighten the fixing screws in the circumferential direction.
8.When disassembling, please proceed with the device completely stopped; loosen the locking screws in turn.

Maintenance:
1. Before installation, clean the end faces of the two shafts and check the fit of the key grooves on the end faces;
2. After the diaphragm coupling is installed, all screws must be checked for normal operation for a shift. If they are found to be loose, they must be tightened. Repeat this several times to ensure that they will not loosen;
3. 4. The diaphragm coupling should avoid long-term overload use and operation accidents;
5. When the diaphragm coupling is in operation, check whether the diaphragm coupling is abnormal. If any abnormality occurs, it must be repaired;
