If the broken old gearbox will be repaired successfully by the parts you will supply, you will not need to compensate a new designed gearbox in terms of this claim. However, if the parts will not be repaired by the parts, you will need to supply a new designed gearbox. In this case, we will pay cost of the parts supplied by you in spite of failure. Do you agree our suggestion ?

 

The important thing is that you must carefully study which exact parts are required to repair the broken old gearbox on the basis of the attached photos showing the broken old gearbox.

 

After studying, first please let me know required parts list and costs.

Our customer has not completed to check dimensions required for your drawing BLD3.5. He is worried about the result in spite of checking the dimensions.

Accordingly, first, we need to try easier solution. I think that you need to study which parts are required to repair the old broken gearbox BLD3-43-4. Please see attached photos the old broken gearbox.

We bought some parts from you and repaired the old gearbox successfully in November 2018. The machine was running for 3 months properly after replaced with some parts as follows:

1. Cycloidal gear for BLD3-43-4 : OD 208, ID 86.54, T16, 10 holes (D30.15)-43 theeth : 2ea

2. Roller bearing RN309E : 2ea

3. Space ring OD90 : 1ea

4. Shaft ring OD45 :

I have asked about the order status,so sorry,our manager told me the goods haven't been finished yet.
One hand,the produce procedure of this gearbox is more than other's,the delivery time is a little longer than other gearbox's.And the gears and shafts in the gearboxes have been finished,next step the gearbox's housing will be made,and our engineer tell me it will take about 9 days to made three housings.
On the other hand,as it's very hot now, according to our country's regulations,our factory will have about one week high-temperature vacation( from Aug.5th---Aug.11th) and they are on their vacation now.After they come back to work,our manager will also urge them to produce.We also want to finished the gearboxes earily.
So sorry for bringing you inconvenience.
