1. IRB 1200
Small fast and versatile small industrial robot
Have you ever thought of making your production equipment 15% smaller and 10% faster? The answer lies in the ABB IRB 1200 robot. Specifically, while maintaining the advantage of a wide working range, this robot satisfies the requirements of the material handling and loading and unloading industries for flexibility, ease of use, compactness and tempo.

As a family of robots, the two models offered by the IRB 1200 are suitable for a wide range of tasks. Both models are available with Food Grade Lubrication, SafeMove2, Foundry Expert II and Cleanroom Protection. The two models have a working range of 700 mm and 900 mm, and a maximum payload of 7 kg and 5 kg, respectively.

2. IRB 120
Ideal for compact and flexible production
ABB's smallest multi-purpose robot, the IRB 120, weighs only 25 kg, has a load of 3 kg (4 kg for vertical wrists), and has a working range of 580 mm. It is an economical and reliable choice with low investment and high output.

3. IRB 140
Small, fast and strong six-axis robot
The compact and powerful IRB 140 is a six-axis multi-purpose industrial robot with a payload of 6 kg and a working range of 810 mm. It can be floor-mounted, inverted or wall-mounted at any angle.
IRB 140 is divided into four types: standard type, foundry expert type, clean room type, and flushable type. All robot arms fully reach IP67 protection level, which is easy to integrate and integrate with various process applications.

4. IRB 1410

ABB's new robot IRB 1520ID is a high-precision hollow-arm arc welding robot (integrated supporting type), which can realize continuous and uninterrupted production, can save up to 50% of maintenance costs, and has the lowest welding unit cost compared with similar products.

Enhanced welding stability
The hollow arm robot IRB 1520ID (integrated matching type) tightly integrates the hose bundle and the welding cable with the upper arm and the base, respectively. Use this method to route the media required for arc welding such as power supply, welding wire, shielding gas, compressed air, etc., to optimize performance and energy efficiency. In addition to strong welding stability, IRB 1520ID has many advantages such as high path accuracy, short cycle time, and long pipeline life. 8. IRB 7600
Opening a new world of possibilities
With several variants, and up to a 630 kg handling capacity, the IRB 7600 is ideal for weighty applications, regardless of your industry. Characteristics such as high available torque and inertia capability, rigid design, and powerful acceleration have earned this market leader its “Power Robot” title.
The IRB 7600 is ideal for heavy applications, regardless of industry. Typical uses include the handling of heavy fixtures and parts, turning car bodies, lifting engines, in foundries or forges, loading and unloading of machine cells. It can also be used to lift large, heavy pallet layers.
