Can you please check attached data sheet , is this the same what you are offering.How much would be the additional cost for the certificate, is it same 680 USD for two motors or different price , we will try to negotiate with our customer to accept the offer without COC . 20 pieces motors are not mass goods, can't enjoy mass goods price,that means 20 pieces is not the big quantity,the unit price for 20 pieces motors will still be the same as the one in our quotation,won't be the same as the unit price for 250 pieces.
And if the client places the order of 230 pieces 12VDC motor in the future,we could offer a 20% discount.
That means the unit price will be $360*(1-20%)=$288 if the client place the order of 230 pieces motors in the future.
And at that time the total difference price of 20 units motors ($360*20%*20pieces=$1440) could be used as the part of the advance payment(deposit) for 230 motors or retured to you.

And I could update the Proforma Invoice and deduct the amount 410RMB*3= 1230RMB for Omron encoders.Your maths is just ridiculous.
They can have them ready to ship to you in two weeks.
