Please find our quotation and data sheet for three phase motor with brake.And the manufacture time is about 3 weeks.
Moreover,we have German customers and supplied these documents( EU-directive RoHs (2011/65/EU) and declaration of conformity (EU)) for them before.

We are currently using Old Gearmotor from Baldor & Ohio (see picture). We are planning to change to either SEW K37 or SEW S47 type.

I have made the drawing using SEW measurement in their catalog.

I will check your drawing and see if it can fit.
