I need a variable speed motor and a drive controller--approximately 1.5 hp. It should be all stainless, and sealed/encapsulated for washdown. If you have a servo motor, that is also good. I need a dial control, so I can adjust speed, maximum speed being about 3600 RPM. The torque doesn't matter--just as much as possible.

The only gearboxes I see are NMRV050 and larger. The 050 has a 280rpm with a large service factor on the gearbox of 2.4. You should be able to put a 0.75kW 2 pole (or the DC equivalent) on a 040 gearbox easily, which is what I asked for originally.
