My design is only my opinion - version.
Consult your engineers.
The assembly must be designed so that the gearbox is connected with the tube , so the force wil transmitted to the axle which rotates.
Tube serves as a driving axle and is rotated by the gearbox and gear selection revolutions via a frequency regulation.
Also, moving of the conveyor belt by 1 meter in 3 seconds. The rest will be regulated by ourselves.

Sure,the quantity and EX-work unit price are as follows:
1.Eccentric bearing: 2PCS, 30USD/PCS
2.locating bearing: 2PCS, 30USD/PCS
3.spacer ring: 1PCS, 30USD/PCS
4.Pin sleeve: 10 sets, Total 65USD (for 10 sets)
No,the required quantity of pin sleeve is 10pcs,not 14pcs.

Our technical department will study which parts are required to repair the old broken gearbox BLD3-43-4 and then we will send these spare parts to you,which will be a compensation for you.We won't design a new gear head, the after-sales of this gearbox is completed.Hope you could understand.

Our customer has not completed to check dimensions required for your drawing BLD3.5. He is worried about the result in spite of checking the dimensions.
Accordingly, first, we need to try easier solution. I think that you need to study which parts are required to repair the old broken gearbox BLD3-43-4. Please see attached photos the old broken gearbox.
We bought some parts from you and repaired the old gearbox successfully in November 2018. The machine was running for 3 months properly after replaced with some parts as follows:
1. Cycloidal gear for BLD3-43-4 : OD 208, ID 86.54, T16, 10 holes (D30.15)-43 theeth : 2ea
2. Roller bearing RN309E : 2ea
3. Space ring OD90 : 1ea
4. Shaft ring OD45 :

Please study the following photos for the old broken gearbox which parts you will be able to supply, in order to repair the old broken gearbox.

Sorry,this is indeed our mistake. We can send you BLD3 gearbox's output flange and output shaft, 5.5KW motor's input flange and input shaft and other required spare parts to Korea. This is special, need to customize all kinds of spare parts, then your customer himself or a technician can remove it and directly replace the input and output parts of the cyclo gearbox. If the cost is incurred in the process, we can bear it.
